Kenya Project May 2025 - Kajiado County

In May 2025, our team successfully carried out a life-changing food donation project in Kajiado County, Kenya, supporting a rural village deeply affected by poverty and hunger.

Thanks to the heartfelt contributions from our donors, we were able to distribute vital food supplies to 162 families, reaching over 940 individuals—including 320 children and 210 elderly residents. Each family received:

  • 10 kg maize flour

  • 5 kg rice

  • 3 kg beans

  • 2 liters cooking oil

  • Salt and hygiene items

The distribution took place between April 15–17, 2025, with the help of 12 local volunteers and a local community partner. Our team prioritized the most vulnerable households, ensuring a smooth and dignified process.

“Before this help came, we had gone for days with barely anything to eat. Today, I see hope in my children’s eyes.”

This project brought not just food—but dignity, care, and renewed hope to a forgotten corner of the world.

We are deeply grateful to all who donated. Together, we are ending hunger—one village at a time.

Kenya Project April 2025 - Narok County

In April 2025, our team visited a remote Maasai village in Narok County, Kenya, to provide emergency food aid to families severely affected by drought and rising food prices. With the support of our donors, we delivered essential food supplies to 187 households, benefiting more than 1,050 individuals, including 350 children and 240 elderly residents.

Each food package included:

  • 10 kg maize flour

  • 5 kg rice

  • 2 kg lentils

  • 2 liters cooking oil

  • 1 kg sugar

  • Salt and soap

The project was executed in partnership with local leaders to ensure fairness and transparency. Volunteers ensured that elderly and disabled individuals received special care during distribution.

“We had no food for three days before this. Thank you for remembering us.”

This project brought urgent nourishment and renewed hope to a marginalized community. We thank our donors for helping us reach those in desperate need.

Nigeria Project March 2025 -  Oke-Ogun Region

In March 2025, we completed a vital food donation project in a remote farming community in the Oke-Ogun region of Nigeria. Prolonged dry seasons and economic challenges had left many families food insecure.

Thanks to generous contributions from our supporters, we distributed essential food parcels to 204 families, reaching over 1,120 individuals, including 320 children and 80 pregnant or nursing mothers.

Each family received:

  • 8 kg garri (cassava flour)

  • 5 kg rice

  • 2.5 kg beans

  • 1.5 liters palm oil

  • 2 packs of seasoning cubes

  • Soap and sanitary pads for women

We worked hand-in-hand with local leaders and a youth volunteer network to ensure equitable distribution and cultural sensitivity.

Uganda Project February 2025 - Nakasongola District

In early 2025, our mission took us to a drought-affected village in Nakasongola District, a semi-arid region in Central Uganda. The majority of families in this community depend on subsistence farming, which had been devastated by erratic rainfall patterns.

From February 13–15, we successfully distributed food packs to 168 families, serving nearly 980 people, including 320 children and 75 widowed or elderly residents.

Each food parcel included:

  • 8 kg posho (maize meal)

  • 5 kg beans

  • 2 liters cooking oil

  • 1 kg sugar

  • 1 bar of soap

  • Reusable sanitary pads for women and girls

Distributions were conducted at the local primary school grounds, and teachers helped coordinate outreach to ensure that orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs) were prioritized.

“This food has rescued us from real hunger. My children have smiled again today.”

The community showed deep appreciation, and the project helped bridge a critical food gap ahead of the planting season.

Uganda Project January 2025 - Kitgum

In January 2025, we carried out an emergency food relief initiative in Kitgum, a post-conflict district in Northern Uganda still facing the long-term effects of displacement and poverty.

Over three days, we reached 192 families, supporting more than 1,070 individuals, including 310 children, mothers with infants, and former internally displaced persons (IDPs).

Each food kit included:

  • 10 kg maize flour

  • 5 kg rice

  • 2.5 kg groundnuts

  • 1.5 liters sunflower oil

  • 2 bars of soap

  • Nutritional porridge for children under 5

The aid was distributed through a partnership with a rural health center, and malnourished children were also given vitamin supplements.

“We walked for hours to get here. This food means survival for my family.”

This effort not only alleviated hunger but also restored dignity and hope in a community long neglected by aid networks.
